Einstein was one of the greatest scientists,but this statement of his evoked a debate among the intellectuals.It helps in making a perfect human being.But the great scientist Albert Einstein once said that education is the greatest barrier to his learning process.As this seems to be true sometime but the other side of the the picture that education nowadays plays a vital role in shaping the lifestyle of the person also holds true.Various reasons can be ascribed from this topic. I will explore my viewpoints in the following paragraphs.

According to the Einstein,the education is not the sign of quality and experience.He meant that the students use their quality time in learning and reading the theoretical information which restricted them to join and breathe in practical world.However,in this way the students spend much of their time and money in learning and subjecting the theoretical books.Moreover,Einstein recognises that education limits our minds and he learned more by doing research without the confines of the degree.For instance,we have been taught ‘Law of gravity’ in schools but we never tried to challenge it.

But there is the  other side of the picture too. In today ‘s world the latest technological trends and vast availability of gadgets in daily life has brought the change in the education sector also. Education has changed from the old days due to which man has made a mark on the moon and achieved all the success in different fields, for example ,in medicine,technology etcetera. Furthermore,the good managers can manage their employees in the better way from his experience but the person who read the book of management i.e.Philip Kotler can show up their read management strategies to achieve heights in his work. Education provides nobility and the nobility of a man is judged by the way he treats his subordinates.

In a nutshell,it can be said that it is difficult to compare the older times with the newer world as the faster moving world needs proper and well education to stand,sit and value in the society,community,country and world as a whole.
